Marvin is the in-product AI assistant (the display name can be changed in Admin). He writes This week captions and images, SEO todo lists, security recommendations, inbox reply drafts, and planner copy. Usage is metered as Marvin credits on your plan.

We combine social, on-site SEO crawls, and verified-domain security — not a keyword database, backlink index, ads manager, or open-web listening. SEO Studio checks the HTML we fetch (titles, links, duplicates, HTTPS, AI crawlers, and more), closer to a Semrush Site Audit on your own pages than Keyword Magic.

Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Google Business Profile when those OAuth apps are configured. Facebook connect picks one Page; you can add another later. Linked Instagram on that Page can be attached for publishing.

Yes — and to every other connected platform. This week defaults to all connected accounts at the same scheduled time. Uncheck a network at the top of This week to apply to every post, or uncheck it on one card. Instagram keeps hashtags in the first comment. YouTube stays off unless you tick it (This week images are not video files).

Yes. Magic approval links let clients approve or reject. Viewers land on a read-only portal. Roles are owner, editor, approver, member, and viewer.

Scheduled posts publish via server cron (typically every few minutes). Connect channels, approve or auto-publish, and keep cron running.

Yes — Meta comments and Page messages where permissions allow, with tags, notes, Marvin reply drafts, and simple automations. Disconnecting a Page lets you clear leftover inbox items.

Yes. Put a Trustpilot API key (Client ID) in Admin → Settings. Reviews → Sync then finds the public Trustpilot profile for the company’s domain (or a /review/ link found on the site crawl) and copies public reviews into the same list as Google and Facebook. Replies stay local unless you later connect a claimed Trustpilot Business account. We do not scrape Trustpilot HTML or buy their Data Solutions feed.

Every HTML page we download is audited: titles, headings, mixed content, canonicals, thin copy, schema, images, anchors, duplicates across the site, crawl depth, sitemap orphans, broken internal links, robots.txt AI-bot blocks, llms.txt, and HTTPS hygiene. Leftover URLs get a HEAD/GET for broken links. We do not invent backlinks or keyword volumes.

Starter up to 2,000 pages, Growth 5,000, Solid 20,000, with monthly crawl caps on each plan. A 5,000-page site needs Growth or Solid. Crawls resume across cron ticks so shared hosting is not blocked.

No. Security scans only run on domains you verify (DNS TXT or a well-known file). Findings are informational (headers, TLS, secrets, misconfigs) — not a penetration test or a SOC certificate.

Those tools scan git repos, containers, and cloud from the inside (SAST, SCA, IaC). RokData audits the live website you verify: TLS, headers, leaked files and secrets, public lockfiles via OSV, WordPress/API surface, directory listings, and dangling DNS. We do not clone your source, fuzz with exploit payloads, or issue a certificate.

Track keywords per brand, import ranks via CSV, or schedule checks when Google Custom Search keys are set. Connect Google Search Console on SEO to overlay your own 28-day clicks, impressions, and average position — that is your data, not a Semrush rank index. Marvin can turn a finished audit into a todo list.

Yes. SEO → Connect Search Console uses the same Google Cloud OAuth client as Google Business Profile. Enable the Search Console API on that project, then sign in with a Google account that owns the property. We store encrypted tokens and pull the last 28 days of pages and queries. This does not buy you Keyword Magic or a backlink index.

No. Starter is £9.99/month, Growth £19.99, Solid £39.99. You can create an account, then subscribe via Stripe Checkout when keys are configured. All three plans include social, SEO, and security — caps change with the tier.

You can create a workspace without a card. Paid plans are billed in GBP through Stripe when checkout is enabled. Finish onboarding (verify a domain and connect a social account) before checkout.

Each plan includes a monthly credit pool for Marvin and This week posts. A caption or todo uses 10 credits; a This week image uses 50. Unused credits do not roll over. Starter 1,500 · Growth 3,000 · Solid 6,000.

Yes. Invite editors, approvers, members, and viewers. Seat limits follow the plan (Starter 2, Growth 5, Solid 15).

This week and extra Marvin actions pause until next month or you upgrade. SEO crawls and security scans have their own monthly caps. Upgrade under Billing.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest when app_key is configured. Disconnecting a channel stops new API calls with those tokens.
